Article 2: General Terms

By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and the changes will be effective immediately upon publication on this website.

Article 3: Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all purchases, orders, and services provided by Ekya Concept Store. By shopping with us, you agree to these terms. 

Article 4: Orders

Online purchases are confirmed via email. A binding agreement is formed only once payment is successfully completed. Ekya Concept Store reserves the right to refuse orders with proper justification (e.g. incomplete address or failed payment).

Article 5: Prices & Payment

All prices listed are in Euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We accept payment via iDEAL, credit card, and other secure methods offered at checkout.

Article 6: Shipping & Pick-up

We aim to ship orders within 1-3 working days of confirmation, depending on product availability and shipping address. Delivery times may vary by destination and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Alternatively, you may choose pick up in store at checkout, which is free of charge. Orders will be ready for collection during our opening hours, and you will receive a notification when your order is ready to collect.

Article 7: Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to return any item(s) within 14 days of receiving the order. The returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns by mail are at the customer’s expense, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Alternatively, you may return items in-store free of charge during our opening hours. 

Article 8: Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item(s). Provide your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or defective product(s). We will contact you asap after reading your email to find the best solution. The shipping costs and costs made for return shipment of faulty/damaged items are refundable. Products showing signes of misuse or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.

Article 9: Product Information

We make every effort to display accurate product details, including descriptions and images. However, due to differences in monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that colors, sizes, or appearances will match exactly. If you need further information about a product, please contact us before purchasing.

Article 10: Force Majeure

Ekya Concept Store is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

Article 11: Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We will only use the personal data you provide to process your order and improve your shopping experience. For further details on how we collect and use your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Article 13: Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is protected by intellectual property laws and is owned by Ekya Concept Store. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without written permission.

Article 14: Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be settled by the competent courts in The Netherlands.

Article 15: Modification of Terms

Ekya Concept Store reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on this website.
