Refund policy
Before returning any products, here are some rules of engagement first:
- You have the right to return any items within 14 days of receiving the order. We cannot accept returns after this period.
- Make sure that the product is in perfect condition, with all labels and tags attached.

Postal costs for returned products are the customer's responsibility, except for faulty/damaged items (see below).
- You may also return your items in-store for free - no sending costs required.
- We cannot be held accountable for any products lost in transit.
- Items on sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Procedure
- Send an email to info@ekyaconceptstore.com describing your intention to make a return.
- You will receive an answer within 1 to 3 business days with the necessary documents.
- Put all products as well as the necessary documents in a proper return bag, seal it and it’s ready to be sent.
We recommend you send back items by courier with a track and trace option. In this case, you are sure the package will be delivered safely. Ekya Concept Store is not liable for lost packages.
Damaged or Defective Products
Upon arrival, please carefully check your items. In the unusual case you would receive a faulty/damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the items at info@ekyaconceptstore.com. Provide your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or defective products. We will contact you asap after reading your email to find the best solution. The shipping costs and costs made for return shipment of faulty/damaged items are refundable.
